Cancellation of subscriptions

All subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose to not auto-renew you can do that in your account settings.

Refunds of One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases will not be refunded.

Changes to Insights Content or Subscription access

We reserve the right to make changes to our content and offerings as needed. Any changes we make to our services will not allow you access to a refund.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
